Jones appeals from the district courts order denying Jones petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Jones was convicted of aiding and abetting an armed robbery. He received a life sentence. The district court found that the evidence was sufficient to support his conviction. This appeal has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 9(a), Rules of the Sixth Circuit.
