Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. 633a. Mr.
Julius Jones, Jr. appeals the dismissal of his age discrimination claim after the district court determined the claim was
filed outside a thirty-day limitations period imposed similarly on Title VII claims. We affirm.
