Appellee State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") is the underinsured motorist insurance carrier for Woodrow W. Jones, father of William Jones and driver of the automobile in which Jones was a passenger. State Farm was dismissed as a defendant by the circuit court.
