Per Curiam. Almost ten years ago petitioner, Anthony Jones, was indicted and tried on one count of attempted aggravated murder and one count of aggravated murder. The jury found him not guilty of attempted aggravated murder, and guilty of the lesser included offense of murder with regard to the second count. Jones then appealed his conviction to the Ohio Court of Appeals, which affirmed the conviction. The Supreme Court of Ohio denied his motion for leave to appeal.
